Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026 • Runathiel Tech Labs

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website or engaging the services of Runathiel Tech Labs (“Runathiel”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any project charters or Service Level Agreements executed between the parties.

2. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

Upon receipt of final milestone payments as specified in the relevant Statement of Work (SOW), Runathiel assigns 100% full sovereign ownership of the custom source code, documentation, and database schemas created specifically for the client. The client retains sole custody of all domains, DNS records, and third-party cloud accounts.

3. Service Level Agreements & Maintenance

All representations regarding ongoing website maintenance, uptime monitoring, and our flagship “Build & Forget™” offering are governed strictly by individual, executed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We explicitly disclaim promises of zero downtime, zero software bugs, or infinite scope outside the boundaries set forth in the formal service agreement.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure Fees

Clients are directly responsible for third-party cloud hosting fees, domain renewal costs, and external API subscriptions (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Razorpay, Meta API). These costs are billed directly to the client by the respective providers without markup.

5. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Runathiel Tech Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server outages, telecommunications failures, or unauthorized external cyber incidents beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
